How To Return An Item?
If you want to return an item, you can reach out to us via:

- Call or WhatsApp on +91-9871402995 and provide your details regarding return.
All our products go through rigorous quality checks before release. Hence, we only accept returns if the product is in original and unused condition. Worn-out, used and damaged goods will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please note that minor stitching issues will not be considered as defects as they may occur even after rigorous quality checks. A slight variation in colour may be observed due to different monitor/screen quality and will not be considered as a defect.
1.) All returns requested for reasons such as “Product not as per your liking/taste will levy a maximum shipping charge of: Rs. 179/- (Per kg of shipment) in accordance with our delivery partner’s fee/policies.
2.) Quilts and comforters need extra care while shipping and the Return Shipping Charges will be a maximum of: Rs 229/- (Per kg of shipment) in accordance with our delivery partner’s fee/policies.
You can opt for exchange if your product is in new condition. You will be subjected to return shipping charges as mentioned above in point 1 and 2 in this case.
Sending the product back-
We provide the service of Reverse Pickup once a return request is generated. After the product is received and approved by our quality check team, we will issue a refund for the product. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund amount can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your bank account after we receive the product back.
In case we are not able to organise reverse pickup due to logistics issues, you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
